INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Your pooja booking made with Bhajan Samaj will be subject to Booking Terms and Conditions and the Booking Privacy Policy.

When you make your booking, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these pooja booking Terms and Conditions and the Pooja Booking Privacy Policy.

If you make your pooja booking via a other third person, then you have a separate legal relationship with that person and Bhajan Samaj has no liability for any acts or omissions of such person including they using your data protection rights.

1. Online Booking

The Bhajan Samaj website enables you to book pooja offerings for yourself and your family members online. You can pay online for your bookings using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / Wallets & UPI facilities, you can also choose an option to book online and pay at the temple on the day of the pooja, the ‘Pay at the Temple’ facility will require OTP verification for us to determine the authenticity of the booking. On completion of the booking process, the Booking Facility will allow you to download your booking receipt on the same page itself, it will also transmit an online or email confirmation of your booking. A booking is only valid when you have successfully downloaded the invoice.

2. Pooja Prices

The prices indicated on the Bhajan Samaj website are subject to change as per the decision of the committee of the trust. However revised prices are not applicable to already booked poojas.

3. Payment

Bhajan Samaj is using payment gateway services of a payment gateway provider named ‘CashFree’. Any disputes with respect to payments will be settled by CashFree. CashFree provides online payment modes like Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI and Wallets.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

You can make cancellations or amendments to your booking using your registered login id. Refund of pooja fees for cancellations is subject to approval of Bhajan Samaj’s committee

5. Booking Validity

Your Booking is only valid till the day you have booked your pooja, beyond the date of pooja the booking will be considered as cancelled. In case you are anticipating that you may not be able to attend the booked pooja, you should contact the temple trust via phone or email mentioned on the website and inform the same. In such cases we may allow you to perform your pooja on a later date.

6. Overbooking

In the pooja which gets overbooked, we may close booking for certain days. However Bhajan Samaj will attempt to accommodate as many bookings as possible in a single day.
